Christina Hendricks has been an American actress for seven seasons. Her most famous performance was that of Joan Holloway, in AMC's Drama period show Mad Men. Her role on Mad Men that earned Christina Hendricks 6 Emmy Awards for her performance in the category for Best Supporting Actress. Through her professional career which spans over 20 years, she's gained recognition for her roles on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama drama Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Some of her films comprise Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. In addition, her voice can be heard in the animation films From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! At first, she was a successful model. In the following years she continued her modeling career up to 1999, when Undressed became her first acting role on TV. The actress had her first big part in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers. After her appearance, she received praise for the role she played on Firefly.
